If you are wanting to find a friend that you can keep in contact with there are a number of ways to do it:

1) Use our bulletin board

2) Make use of Jen Birch's NZ pen pal service for people with AS

3) Use the international pen pal section on the Oops Wrong planet website

4) Or if you are a parent and want another parent with children with AS then you can check out the Anj website

Bulletin Board

This site has a special kids and teens bulletin board where you can post messages to other kids and teenagers. This is a great way for you to meet other kids and teenagers with a similar interest. If you like, you can keep in touch with each other through the bulletin board BUT...

PLEASE REMEMBER to let your parents or guardians know what you're doing and see if they think it's okay for you to log on to the bulletin board. NEVER log on without asking them first.

Jen Birch's Pen Pal Service

Jennifer Birch is an adult with Asperger's Syndrome that has recently written a book entitled, 'Congratulations Its Asperger's Syndrome'.

On top of writing a wonderful auto-biography Jennifer Birch also runs a Pen-Pal and E-mail Club for adults and teens (14 years and over) with Asperger's Syndrome/ Autism.

If you are a parent then you can get in contact with other parents by using the pen pal section on the following website (Anj's Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD Website). Note that this is a site for parents of children with Asperger's Syndrome and parents of children with ADHD.
